It’s hard to believe that spring is coming but the days are getting longer. Sunset is after seven in the evening.
Lots to see as the season unfolds in Ottawa and the Valley.
The Maple Season looks to begin with operations commencing around spring, March 21st. Visit a working bush and see how that delicious stuff is made. Better yet, how about a maple brunch.
Rivers open up as the weather warms, and there are spectacular waterfalls and rapids to admire in town and on the Rideau, Ottawa, Gatineau and Mississippi Rivers nearby.
Later in April watch for crocuses, followed by daffs and narcissi.
